Can I try on your dresses before purchasing?
Primera Studio operates exclusively online. We do not have a physical showroom.
This format allows us to focus entirely on handcrafted, made-to-measure gowns and keep pricing fair for exclusive designs created individually for each bride. Many of our dresses are produced in very limited quantities.
Where can I purchase your dresses?
Our gowns are available only through:

- Our official Etsy shop
Please note that prices on Etsy may be higher due to platform service fees.
All dresses are handmade in Kyiv, Ukraine and are not stocked in bridal salons.
Do you accept returns?
As each dress is made to order and tailored to the bride’s measurements, returns and refunds are not available.
Every gown is created individually, including ready-to-ship designs, which are adjusted before dispatch to ensure the best possible fit.

Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production preparation begins — fabrics are sourced and patterns are prepared — therefore cancellation is no longer possible.
What if I change my mind?
Because your dress is created specifically for you using your measurements and selected materials, we cannot accept returns due to personal preference or change of mind.
If you are unsure about a silhouette, we recommend trying on a similar style locally before placing your order.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
Dresses are made strictly according to the measurements you provide.
If incorrect measurements are submitted or body changes occur during production, we are not responsible for resulting fit differences.
If a sewing error occurs on our side, we will take responsibility and correct the issue.
Any concerns regarding size or quality must be reported immediately after receiving and trying on the dress.
How does the ordering process work?
- Choose your dress from the catalog.
- Contact us if you would like design modifications (train, sleeves, color changes, etc.).
- Select the “Custom made” option.
- Send your measurements.
- We review and confirm them with you.
- Your dress enters production.
- Once completed, it is carefully packaged and shipped.
How long does production take?
Production time ranges from 2 to 10 weeks, depending on the design complexity and current order queue.
We strongly recommend contacting us before ordering to confirm the timeline.
What if minor alterations are needed?
Although dresses are made to measure, small adjustments (such as sleeve length, straps, or hemline) may sometimes be required.
Since fittings are conducted remotely, we recommend allocating a small local tailoring budget for final refinements if necessary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Standard international shipping is free. Estimated delivery time: 2–4 weeks.
Express shipping (5–10 business days) is available for an additional fee.

USA & Canada
All import taxes and duties are covered by us. No additional fees upon delivery.
Other countries
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and depend on local regulations.
