RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All products are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our work, wedding dresses made to your measurements and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

If you experience any issues with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

If an error occurred on our part, we will gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Please note that dresses are made according to the measurements provided by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements, changes of mind, fit preferences, or design modifications requested after production has begun.
